This page is a list of characters in the Elysium'verse who are considered minor characters, AKA characters who do not appear as often as characters on the "main" list do; exist perpetually in the background of the Elysium'verse; or even characters who have not made canonical appearances other than verbal mention only.

Due to the fluid nature of the Elysium'verse world as an active RP-universe, characters sometimes shift in and out of main or minor status based on whatever is currently going on, and this page may be indefinitely updated.
