Fjöer, seventh child of the Norse Loki, and second child of the Greek Ascalaphus, is a half-owl-half-god-half-Jotunn feathered hybrid... thing who is currently a mischievous and vaguely obnoxious teenager in the palace. A minor character in the Elysium'verse who can be found hiding in the cabinets of the palace kitchen, Fjöer has the honorable title of being the very first born of Loki's Elysium children as an oopsie baby (the first!) long ago.

Appearance

Fjöer is owl-like in appearance, though in lacking a beak his facial movement and expression is more eerily humanoid (or, like... Muppet-like) than bird. He is covered in light blue feathers reminiscent of Loki's Jotunn color tone, and his flat owl-like face is a slightly lighter tone. His deep-set electric green eyes lack defined pupils.
