Fjöer, son of the Greek Ascalaphus and Norse Loki, is a half-owl-half-god-half-Jotunn feathered hybrid thing who is currently a mischevious and vaguely obnoxious teenager in the palace. A minor character in the Elysium'verse who can be found hiding in the cabinets of the palace kitchen, Fjöer has the honorable title of being the very firstborn of Loki's Elysium children as an oopsy baby long ago.
