Fjöer, sonseventh child of the GreekNorse [[AscalaphusLoki]], and Norsesecond child of the Greek [[LokiAscalaphus]], is a half-owl-half-god-half-Jotunn feathered hybrid... thing who is currently a mischeviousmischievous and vaguely obnoxious teenager in the palace. A minor character in the Elysium'verse who can be found hiding in the cabinets of the palace kitchen, Fjöer has the honorable title of being the very firstbornfirst born of Loki's Elysium children as an oopsyoopsie baby (the first!) long ago.
