Ilythia is the Olympian Goddess of Childbirth, a cameo accessory character within the Elysium'verse whose role in our OC universe is to serve as midwife and OBGYN when necessary.
(Also sometimes referred to as Illythia or Ilythyia, because we apparently don't... know how to consistently spell.)
