Though all of these characters fall under one singular umbrella, at this point the Elysium'verse is split halfsies between myself (April) and my aforementioned partner-in-crime Fenixe. Some OCs are “mine” and some OCs are “hers” - AKA this means within our canon RP source material, I portray & write for some of the characters you see, and she portrays & writes the others!
So why is everyone always in a huge conglomerate pile all mixed together? Basically, due to the way that I am as a person lmao, I am delighted to be the self-appointed designated PR Rep and Spokesperson for our entire cast - weird mom to some, weird aunt to others. Though it’s usually always me talking (Fenixe prefers their social media presence to be invisible, though she is lurking everywhere I am teehee), I do only ever formally canonize stuff about my characters and she’s always got the final say on all of hers the same way. If it makes sense to think of it this way, consider the fact that we treat Elysium'verse as your standard fandom, and I’m generating fancontent the same way anyone might do for their favorite TV show: writing headcanons, drawing specific scenes from favorite episodes, speculating on what might happen next… I just also happen to be one of the showrunners, and I’ve got the other showrunner on speed dial.
*(Note: despite this, Fenixe and I are notorious for NEVER PLANNING ANYTHING OUT WITH EACH OTHER EVER THOUGH, so most of the time anything that happens is a fun surprise to the other one of us too, not just you the spectator!)
